Bubblegum Crisis Rpg Pdf Files

I have a friend who does not have net access (Yep, still a few of them left, believe it or not.) and does have bubblegum crisis. He wants to boost his BGC game by getting some fuzion stuff.I'm webprowling for him and have found some free downloads for fusion, including the current basic rules, some older eds with more stuff, something called power core and another something called fists of fury.Are there any other good free downloads for the fuzion system you'd reocmmend? I'd like to find something closely pertaining to the bubblegum crisis line if possible.I read a review of the fuzion ysstem in drivethrurpg and it pretty much said that even at 3$, the current official version wasn't as good as getting the free pdf version plus power core and fists of fury, and some other add ons. If anyone can steer me towards some other good free addons that are worth getting along with power core and fists of fury I'd be grateful, I feel sorry for people without net access and try to help my firends with it. I strongly second the Schemer's suggestions.

A couple of more vain selections:My conversion from back in the early days of Fuzion (when I ran a Fuzion website) and my (based on the comics by Matt Wagner). The Speed Racer conversion was pretty popular at the time, it was linked to from the official Speed Racer website of the time (which amazed the hell out of me) and the official Fuzion pages (I don't remember if it was the Hero or Talsorian pages of the time).Both could fairly easily be integrated into a BGC game.
